Pros

Salary is good and come on time. Location is good. Lot of food options are available within the complex. Nothing good about the company though.

Cons

Worst working atmosphere. The senior most person loses his cool after every 5 minutes and has no idea what is going on but he wants top notch results, Ironical! In the interview they will tell you that it is a 5 day working company but then they will ask you to come on Saturday as well which is not paid and sometimes on a national holiday too. Then they will ask you to complete your target and even if you do, they don't care. From the last 16 years , they only have 15 odd people working so you can imagine how fast the company is growing because nobody stays. They have another branch in Bangalore where people think that they are the Head of the company. People sitting in Bangalore reporting to people in Gurgaon and vice versa which is a total disaster in coordination. Even if you have done well, you will be scolded for sure and that too 3-4 times for the same thing within a week. They expect freshers to do wonders just after 2 days. People on client handling role with worst communication skills rejecting profiles on the basis of communication skills. The company does not have a hold on their clients. They fear writing a single email to the client asking for any update. They treat their employees like as if they are the cleaning staff. Unnecessary meetings, poor leave policy and bad infrastructure. Each and everyone working there feels the same but nobody dares to speak. They feel if they perform well, they will be in the limelight and might get scolded so they are content with their average performance. That is what the mindset of people working there. Because of all the above mentioned reasons the company face attrition and you will be held responsible if any of your team member leaves and then only you have to do internal hiring for your team that too with a deadline failing to which there will be unbearable consequences. They treat you as if they own you and no matter how better you perform, you have no value there. Think twice before you step into VARITE !

Pros

Lots of opportunity to grow as in individual. Caring company culture with good peer to peer interactions. VARITE allows for individuals to get out of it what they put in. If you’re willing to put in the work they reward you very well as well as give you opportunities to move up the ladder and become a leader.

Cons

VARITE could have a more modernized training process.

Pros

I did not encounter any company practices that could be considered a pro.

Cons

My experience with this company has revealed several significant issues that prospective contractors and clients should be aware of: - Initial promises do not reflect long‑term treatment. They are attentive and accommodating at the start—particularly when securing a new contract or renewal—but that level of consideration quickly fades once the agreement is signed. - Lack of advocacy for employee growth. Despite consistently exceeding expectations at the client site for many years, the company made no effort to support appropriate title adjustments or rate alignment. Contract renewals were routinely presented with no changes in role title or compensation despite significant changes in responsibilities. - Minimal regard for both clients and contractors. Their primary focus appears to be maximizing profit and cutting costs, often at the expense of contractor experience and client satisfaction. - Cost‑driven approach to uniform requirements. Although they claim to follow the client’s uniform policies, approvals are handled in an extremely restrictive and cost‑focused manner, making it difficult to obtain what is actually required. - Uncompetitive benefits. The benefits offered are significantly below industry standards and do not provide meaningful value to employees.
