Pros

Friendly, upbeat people, seemed like a good work environment and they seemed to be very focused on working as a team.

Cons

Completely not as advertised, borderline deceptive during the interview process.

Pros

I got more life experience out of this job than anything else I've done in my life. I left to complete my undergraduate degree in engineering but I might just come back to this company afterwards. I learned a lot about communication and using sales in my everyday life. My social life went through the roof while being employed at this job because of the sales experience haha and the management training is the center piece of my résumé now

Cons

The cons would be different for every person. For me, I'm an awkward person so the sales didn't come as easily for me but luckily everyone was super friendly enough to give me lots of help that I ended up doing really well! Also, some people may not like the 100% commission option so they might pick the salary plus partial commission option but you end up making a lot more money doing 100% commission because the superior product was really easy to sell!

Pros

You can be your own boss, no one breathing down your back about where to be every second of the day, and you can set your own schedule and move at your own pace.

Cons

Your outside almost all day selling Verizon Fios door to door and unless you have your pitch down to the core, it's very difficult to make a sale, despite all of the literature and training they give you. They make you feel welcomed everyday and encourage their employees to always do well, which is nice, however it's too hard for me to make a living on a job with straight commission, which is why I quit. Also you work just about all day from around noon until 8 or 9 at night depending on what your status in the field is and you also have to work Saturdays from 9:30 to 3:30, which is lame since you only get one day off during the whole week. If you're really close with your loved ones or significant other, this may not be the job for you.
