Weird off days, you can’t get weekends off

Everyone from the presisdent down are really great people that make an honest effort to work with each other and get the best possible service and products out the door. Gossip and infighting is activly discouraged. The company makes every possible effort to fix issues personel may have (although this is usually reactive rather than proactive). Compensation is above industry average.

Like all well established companies, there is a slight resitance to change. Although as of late we have seen a real shift towards resolving this.
