- Little to no communication from management to the production floor. - Management more often than not appears to act on impulse rather than careful thought, seemingly allowing personal feelings to affect their decision making. - Prone to being overworked or asked to do work outside of your job description with no compensation. - 3 months probationary period prone to random and sudden extensions with no warning.
