Pros

Honestly, the overall environment and flexibility are probably the best parts. It can get very busy at times, but people generally aren’t overworked unless they choose to take on extra. If someone’s workload starts becoming too much, management is usually very understanding about helping take some things off their plate. Burnout is something they genuinely try to avoid because they want people to enjoy their jobs while still having a life outside of work. Everyone is really helpful if you’re willing to ask questions, and it makes a huge difference working with people who genuinely want to help you grow and succeed. There are also a lot of opportunities to learn different parts of the company and grow into different departments. They’re very family-oriented too, which is nice when things come up outside of work, like kids getting sick or unexpected situations. Benefits are very good in my opinion compared to other jobs. No weekends or holidays unless you choose to work them.

Cons

I honestly don't have any. I think pay is well above average for what people pay nowadays and they are very flexible as long as you do your job. If you are lazy and not willing to put effort into your job, then you won't succeed anywhere.

Pros

Vantage Point Solutions has a very team-oriented and supportive environment. Leadership encourages collaboration, and there are many opportunities to learn and grow professionally. Employees are trusted to take ownership of their work, and the company continues to evolve and improve processes. The people and culture are one of the strongest aspects of the company, and there is a genuine sense that everyone is working toward common goals.

Cons

As the company continues to grow, processes and communication can sometimes take time to fully align across departments. There can also be periods where workloads move very quickly, requiring employees to adapt and prioritize effectively.

Pros

They offer a little better than average benefits.

Cons

Low pay for work load. Upper management will send you in unprepared to a job. Per diem is a joke and will fire you if you disagree with them about taking hours of time sheet. Workers in the field are scared to take up for themselves cause you’ll get fired if you do. Also they won’t even provide drinking water on the job.
