Lack of transparency Gross favoritism Hostile work environment Managers have no clue to what their doing Gross racism from management Owner shows up once every few month Managers cover up illegal activity and racism Coworkers tell on one another to speak privilege and favoritism Always short staffed Employee saftey is not a priority just look at the vehicles tires and windshields
