Pros
You could dwell into an hour conversation with a customer during downtime and be appreciated for doing so. Creating a relationship with the costumer is always fun and allows time to be passed, but most of the time you're not doing anything or everything at once during back to school times.
Cons
Slow, and inconsistent hours. 4 hour shifts and sometimes only 1 shift a week. Moving up is all determined by how much the manager personally likes you, not usually by hardwork.
