      - some good people to work wit -Flexible hours - easily accessible

      Cons

      -Micromanagement -No set policies -One person handling everything - Non ethical behaviour with franchisees -Part time workers get less than minimumwage - No growth - No future

      Pros

      Been with them 16 years. Stable business model.

      Cons

      Their percentage cut on accounts is high. But remember liability insurance + accounting/collections is taken care of. Also their price for sales (account volume) is very high if you don’t bring in the account.
