The only area that could be improved is the consideration of periodic salary increments, particularly for those who have completed a year of service or contributed dedicatedly through overtime work.

Only then, such observations can be addressed timely. Periodical revisions are implemented upon completing 12-month cycle in general in line with best practices of performance management and measuring performance against KRAs communicated at the start of one's role.
