Pros
I have worked for the company for 3 years. Many of the prior bad reviews on this site were very true. This company had a lot of growing pains during the time I have worked here. There has been some very drastic changes in management all across the company. Policies and procedure have been reworked with the goals of strengthening our current team. Training and education of the employees here has gone from non-existent to refined and detailed. All in all a lot of the people who work here are my friends. And it is good to see those people breathing a sigh of relief at the way things are moving.
Cons
This company is going from being a small tightly knit group of rag-tag cowboys to a large functional corporation. This means that a lot of the practices that are in place existed when the business attitude was "wild west". Unprofessional business practices lead to issues with new employees, customers, and vendors. The good news is that these practices are changing, and I find myself impressed with the possibilities on the horizon.
