Pros

I think it allow to travel full world. It is like tour company. I am in team where traveling is work and work is traveling. After this planning to become tour guide of America and Europe

Cons

First it was nice but slowly slowly all going down and more down. Some is because of some teams and peoples. There is one team sitting just left once we take entry. Just one team destroying full culture by taking work from homes. Some members of the team take so many work from homes that I didn't know they are working in same office. No seeing face also for one month. Coming at 12 and going at 6. Now all have to come because of them. All suffering for 9 hours. No time for personal. Some managers no working but some working nicely. Some managers fixing conference and having honeymoon also together. Full manipulating. Better to start one tour company than this. Many leaving and going also. So low salary increase this time less than savings bank interest rate. Lets see thinking of quitting and going soon

Pros

Pros. No more. It was a smooth sailing ship. I joined in 2011. Grew as an individual as the organization grew.... transparent management, good management, above average pay...we had our share of problems such as AC not working (if you know what I mean!),but that was it.

Cons

And then came BPO WNS with their culture. All false promises that we will maintain culture, creativity, transparency. HR day happen and all hell breaks loose. Incorrect title mapping across the organization...some people get artificially promoted, some get demoted and nobody in HR has an answer what just happened. HR people who created the mapping are missing from the floor and someone who does not have the answers/was not involved has been left behind. 48hrs of work commitment on paper? People were happily doing 50-60 hrs when required...why did you have to do this? We are not a BPO in case it was not clear
