-Nothing to brag about -Only longtimers get a chance to go on sales trips outside India, rest of the So called self proclaimed consultants or analyst are just working like dongs -They say they give Free Lunch and Chai , the worst Quality of food I have experienced in my life. Better walk down to a cafeteria or order tiffin to eat

-The entire organization is political with power vested in only few people, no growth for new comers, alternate employee retainment plans, those limited bonus plans are confidential and not given to deserving employees. -The so called directors dont have a clue of running the company. company is in debt(can check with Bank of Baroda and HDFC Bank Sources) -Less Hike in annual appraisal -Too much micromanagement No work life balance Hectic working culture Managers should be trained for behavioral aspects -1. Less transparency within the team (Some of these could be team specific) 2. Quite a handful of politics in the team which demotivates a lot 3. Increment has been bad from last 3 years 4. Most of the times team is bogged down in release activities (Monthly releases kill the mood, time and growth curve and finally interest to learn) 5. Opportunities remains in the hands of the few and are never shared or disclosed in the team. 6. Pay is not competitive in the market which results in losing good team members
