      I dont have any pros about VCS ..... -Extremely high turnover; many employees left on their own and some sued for wrongful termination. -its a Deceptive, Unethical, Poorly Managed company

      Cons

      -No Sense of Direction for the management -Working Here is Psychological Torture -New Joinees Beware -For the love of God, do NOT work here
