Not good - Anonymous employee Valor Health Employee Review

The managers listen. The admin team has an open door policy and want to hear how things are going. I have never felt more valued than I do here at Valor.

They are small so pay isn’t the best. But it is still competitive

May be an ok choice if employees live in Emmett depending on the position.

Many in large numbers for such a small place have left over last 2 years for better leadership and culture within the hospital and administration. Left for competitive systems that are willing to engage and support staff in clinical positions with far better salaries and opportunities for further advancement .
