Poor Management Culture - Anonymous employee Valneva Employee Review

The unprofessional behaviour including bad mouthing staff, confidentiality breaches and favouritism on show from one of the QC lab managers and one of the QC seniors is a big concern and is impacting on department morale. Senior management seem to be unwilling to address this. The fact that the QC department have lost multiple very experienced members of staff in the last year is an indictment of the issues within the team.
