      Pros

      The facility is fairly consistent with what you would expect of a small manufacturing facility. Steady work, not too fast paced, and nothing that is beyond manageable.

      Cons

      Small Facility, so many things are still done in an "old fashioned" way and similar to how a "mom and pop" shop would run. Much different than many other facilities which are part of a multi-billion dollar company.

      Great company that encourages learning. Everyone is nice and welcoming. Always willing to help. Opportunities for travel.

      Cons

      Found it hard to negotiate for raise/promotion even though I was wearing so many hats in the company.
