      An opportunity to work for a mid size bank where there is potential for recognition. NY Bank that is growing

      Cons

      Senior Management does not realize they do not have an identity or niche. Need to make distinction between sale soriented or operations oriented.

      Pros

      - Very good learning experience - Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful people in the office

      Cons

      The Chicago office is a commercial site, so all other interns for the bank sit in either New Jersey, New York, or Florida. Not necessarily a bad thing because it helped form better connections with everyone in the office, but networking with other interns was more difficult.
