Pros
When I first got there it was wonderful. Staff and management worked well together. We all cared for the residents and it was resident focused.
Cons
It's now all about how it looks. They got rid of 95% of the old staff or forced them to leave by making them feel like crap everyday they worked. They barely know the residents upper management is hard to find since they are running 3 buildings. There are no raises. I was there for almost 2 plus years and never received a raise or review. Barely any of the workers speak English. They are in a memory care environment which needs more care, love, and support. You need to ask and communicate with residents to help them understand what you need them to do rather than forcing them to shower, dress, or go to the bathroom.
