Management encourages independence and innovation, and allows creative people to implement change and propel their own careers. There are ample opportunities for opinions to be shared and considered. The culture is respectful, ethically based and happy. Loyalty is rewarded as people are promoted from within, which aids in efficiencies and culture stability. The president values a healthy work-life balance. Benefits are good and improve the longer you stay (the "COSTCO" model). The team is comprised of brilliant, energetic and productive humans who all take their work very seriously but keep the environment filled with witty banter.
Cons
Not sure this is a con, but the work load ebbs and flows seasonally, so your focus does also.
