Extremely high turnover rates, no onboarding, training, or internal support. Managers do not advocate for their employees. Remote-first company, but inconsistent pressure from certain managing moving backwards to be fully in-office only. May approve reasonable accommodation to buy time to replace you with someone else that fits their preferred demographic.
