Pros

Helping those who are disabled or elderly who otherwise would find themselves in a daunting and sometimes dangerous situation if they had to take their trash out, down a flight of stairs and walking to a compactor.

Cons

Pay is low and never a set rate along with sporadic hours. At any point you can get the lecture of " Sorry Corp algorithm says the property should be done faster according to their computer. So either I have to pay you less or put you somewhere else, but putting you somewhere else might take a while though." This is only a job you want to work if you want to pay off a bill, save for a vacation or just get a paid exercise. Other than that avoid!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry you didn’t have a great experience during your time here, and it’s true that working at Valet Living isn’t for everyone. Change is constant in our business, and we ask our team members to be incredibly nimble as we serve customers in an industry that is frequently changing. Related to your comment on pay, we consistently evaluate the pay rate for our part time Service Valet position to ensure we remain competitive in each of the markets we serve. This includes making necessary adjustments to increase or decrease budgets for each property based on factors that may change in expected completion time. Thanks again for taking the time to leave this review and we wish you the best in your career. If there is any additional feedback you would like to share with us, please send me an email to antonio.fiorentino@valetliving.com

Pros

Flexible hours, good pay, minimal customer service needed

Cons

Unreasonable time budgets, will not cover broken equipment, constantly changing standards and pick up requirements, management is not clear with expectations until you've already failed them and performance reviews are inaccurate, some managers are great but most are not
