      > Technically a good place to grow yourself because of the trainings. > Work-Life Balance. > Festival Bonus. > Global Exposure

      Cons

      > Activity is more like a Service Company than a Product Company. Imagine having rating system in a product company. > Salary range is decent and not at par with recent industry standards. > Forcing to work from site during Covid days, when work from home is possible. > Offensive behavioural from soMe HRs. Some weird things: > Not allowed to put Last Working Day mail.

      Great pay,great family work balance, Great upper management.I value my job and look forward to going to work. The best part is we're a diversified company. There are monthly attendance bonuses. Its truly a great company too work with. This company treats people very well.HR has an open door policy and is there for every employee. I've been with this company for around 5 years
