Pros
As a staff employee the overall compensation is good - Salary + Incentive bonus + Pension. Oppertunity to move around the company.
Cons
Employee are unionized and difficult to motivate because of the old INCO culture. It's always us ( STAFF) vs. them (USW). It does not seem like the company cares about their employees when making simple decisions. Promotions are not based on best person for the job, they are based on who you know.
