Pros
- Benefits are very good, compared to the market (bonuses can reach 0-7 times your monthly wage per year) - My current boss is a great guy, knows how to lead - There are good chances to learn in many fields
Cons
- Salaries are normally low, so they use the benefits to compensate it!!! - Many cases of incompetence in higher levels (managers, etc), which is very unstimulating - Very political company - Several operations and projects are in very remote and low infrastructure areas - Bureaucratic and horrible IT - HR is not capable to provide a good service
