Pros
Competitive pay and benefits and good work/life balance. Overall atmosphere and culture is pleasant, and colleagues are mostly quite friendly.
Cons
Very little growth possible, restructuration going on. Unfortunately, even though the markets of Vale are improving this year, the company continues to cut costs, at the cost of efficiency.
