Pros
The core product and of the company reach, is good. (The product isn't perfect, but it's good at its base level and I enjoyed my time working with it and helping fix it.) If they haven't all quit yet, they have some really amazing people working there who truely believe in mental and behavioral health! As others have said, going out drinking/eating after work to blow off steam is an important part of the process in caring for your own mental health. Most of the clientele/customers are amazing and really working so hard to do everything they can to help people. Ive have some very rewarding conversations with those who use the product. It always hurt knowing that they would not get the support they needed, nor the stable product they deserve. I really hope this changes.
Cons
They do not listen to feedback, no matter who is giving it. What their skills are, what level they are at, if you give documentation, it will not matter. They will not listen. They are making choices that actively work against the company, the core mission, and their clients, who are behavioral health providers and staff. The people who are helping our communities aren't getting the basic support or stable product they need. You will be doing multiple jobs for pay that is not worth it. Support is supporting the company because of how unstable the product is and that sucks because the people in support work so hard and care so much, but get no support themselves.
