      Great place for experienced/senior people - Director Vaco Employee Review

      Pros

      The company takes care of you very well and provides you with literally all the resources you need. No BS, everyone is very straightforward and honest. The pay offered is also on the higher end for Canadian recruitment and staffing companies.

      Cons

      If you're in sales, you need to have an established book of business before joining Vaco. It's not a company that just hands you accounts, you need to be able to bring in business, independently.

      They reached out to me. Followed up with me and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

      None. The assignment is region specific but that has nothing to do with Vaco

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are adequate and some great employee's to work with.

      Cons

      At my local office there was poor management and communication, things constantly changing, lack of direction, no consistency on how things are done or managed, too much time wasted during the day on meetings that accomplish nothing.
