      Most people don't tell you how you have to do your job Culture varies by office, but my office's culture was great Uncapped commission Recruiters genuinely care both about their candidates and clients Paternity leave Solid commission structure

      Cons

      Favoritism 401(k) match isn't great Slowdowns in business cause chaos Depending on LOB, career options are limited Expect calls and emails that need to be answered even if you're on PTO Heavy focus on KPIs and statistics, both commission-earning and not

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are adequate and some great employee's to work with.

      Cons

      At my local office there was poor management and communication, things constantly changing, lack of direction, no consistency on how things are done or managed, too much time wasted during the day on meetings that accomplish nothing.
