      Pros

      I like the fact that you are pro-active and are in contact looking for ways to make my career choice a real success. You guys send me emails and you stay in touch. Also, one of the benefits that you offer that employees can take full advantage of is access to college comparable courses that can be taken online. The online portal that employees can login into and review their paystubs, clocked hours, pay, as well as many other features related to your role is a real breeze.

      Cons

      As with any job there is a degree of uncertainty until you build your reputation as an employee and you begin to reap those benefits of employee/employer relationships and that is true with VACO. There is a time period that you must prove yourself and in the end your value will shine through.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are adequate and some great employee's to work with.

      Cons

      At my local office there was poor management and communication, things constantly changing, lack of direction, no consistency on how things are done or managed, too much time wasted during the day on meetings that accomplish nothing.
