      Pros

      Great vendor company to work for. It's better than previous contract companies I've been with, so I'm very please with them. I think it depends where you're placed, but you can get holidays. Great program manager who plans a lot of fun team activities. You're also allowed to look for other opportunities within Vaco, and transfer to other locations.

      No 401k matching, wish there was more paid time off

      Pros

      Vaco placed me in an IT Governance/Architecture contract role at $xxx/hour and was hands-on throughout the entire process. They guided me through every stage of the interview, provided great prep, and kept communication tight. If you’re a senior tech professional looking for high-value contract placements, I’d highly recommend working with them. They’re responsive, professional, and clearly invested in your success — not just filling a seat.
