Pros
Pros: Equal opportunity- everyone starts on the same level and what you get out of the job is truly what you make it. Thoughtful Management- management is always doing things to keep morale boosted. Celebratory fresh squeezed juice shots to round out our month/ice cream bar. Events in which they shut down Dave and Buster's for us and our families to have fun. Great Training- they don't throw you into action, but give you several detailed weeks/months of classroom and floor training. If you pay attention, you'll make it. Amazing Work/Life Balance- at 6 months tenure, provided you're meeting metrics you can work hybrid 2 days out of the week. At 18 months you can be completely remote. Ample vacation time that you can accrue to take a rest.
Cons
I truly can't find any, as I'm really happy and passionate about my job. The only con can sometimes be the repetitiveness, but that's in any industry.
