Pros
VTG has a great work culture. Most employees stay a very long time. Teams support each other, managers focus on empowering their team to handle everything with their clients and managing their own day. It's a hustle and a numbers game, but you can structure your day/work to meet your financial goals. There are many opportunities to win trips (you can bring a guest)!
Cons
You have to push through the initial training. The first 3-6 months can be really hard. There is a lot to learn and juggle. Then things seem to click and processes flow. Most clients are truly grateful for the help you can offer. You really do become an expert over time - you just have to be patient with yourself to get there. Starting schedules are a little odd (they tend to be heavier on nights and weekends), but those are usually busy times and call volume is higher.
