      The company promotes a fun and welcoming environment. Management has always been excellent. You learn so much so quickly here. They are very flexible with schedules and the benefits are very competitive.

      Cons

      The pay is a bit lower than the current market. Not much room for professional growth.

      The people are wonderful and VERY supportive. Great environment and management.

      Benefits are becoming a bit expensive, and the company is always changing things, which can be tough to keep up with.

      The people that I worked with were great, excellent work life balance.

      Cons

      Layoffs every quarter just about for the entirety I was with the company, so I never felt I could grow there.
