      Pros

      Vable uses the Scrum methodology throughout the entire business to promote agility and change, which promotes feedback and rapid improvements. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere (ping pong, beer on tap, etc.). Vable also pushes employees to continuously learn new skills.

      I haven't found any cons of working for Vable so far.

      I love working with this team of very intelligent and committed people where I am challenged and my opinion is taken into account - they are also a great bunch of human beings to be around
