Pros
The Sta Cruz owners are very approachable and genuinely care for their employees. They are open and accepting of the LGBT community, though the father is somewhat resistant. They prioritize employee development by providing training and certifications. The bonuses are good, and the eldest Sta Cruz is highly competent. The youngest daughter is intelligent and strongly advocates for diversity and professionalism, ensuring that no one is verbally abused. Ma’am Pam is very hands-on, actively involved in operations and employee welfare. The management truly looks after our well-being—they even prepared living spaces at the plant for us during COVID and floods. They are genuinely good people.
Cons
Not all of the owners are okay. The manager they previously chose was not good, but the replacement is much better.
