Pros
Lots of overtime hours available. The very higher up management is very kind, although disconnected.
Cons
Abysmal pay, HIGH turnover, immediate management views you as a commodity, and verging on hostile work environment at times. There is often mandatory overtime despite hiring employees and giving the impression of a 9/80 schedule. Management will let employees go with petty reasons only to hire 15 new people the next week, then fire them as well. Chaotic environment, most of the employees are brand new, as well as the leads and supervisors.
