No pros if you are already skilled try to get a better job. Don't waste your time here.

They are scamming freshers and clients alike. If you are a fresher don't even think about joining. Worst management, CEO and HR are over-smart tries to fool freshers so that they won't ask for increment. They have ruined careers of a lot of freshers and senior employees also.

Nothing I can think of

Do not join this company even if you are unemployed. Nothing good about this company. The CEO thinks he is the best in the world but the fact is he is the dumbest guy in the world. He not only cheats with the clients but with employees as well. There are no policies, no processes and no procedures in this company. HR manager is busy in showing off and has no idea of real world. There are no project management tools and company is not interested in new projects or no technologies. The project managers and senior management is of no use. They are only showpieces and empty brains. Overall no point in working with this company and I am also moving out soon.
