To sum it up: This is the most mis-managed company I have ever, and I do mean ever, worked for! The “leadership” does not inspire passion and shifts everyone's attention to what she thinks. You are just a tool to get results, forget about doing what you love or having a passion. VRIFY hired a contractor to help the company to maximise the business and improve the Product/IT department, she’s a snake in the grass, she has no boundaries and she will push everyone to the limit physically or mentally. Inconsistent business processes/procedures, “managers” have no control to positively drive change. Finally, the biggest issue: Morale. The morale and the energy of the company was amazing back in 2019. From January 2020 onward, I walked in every day not knowing if it was going to be my last day. Most employees are angry, depressed, disillusioned, and distrustful of the company
