      VPS is a great place to work -- they are true to their culture and place emphasis in developing employee growth. A true people first experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is miscommunication between different teams; however it is always cleared up very quickly and different departments get a long well.

      The professional respect and collegiality are noteable as is the clear communication from the top to the rest of us. The work life balance is also satisfying.

      Cons

      The building is aging but a brand new building near downtown is in the works.
