Pros

Good to get in the door. Good benefits such as vacation time, 401k, dental, and vision. Good culture and teammates. Employees encourage other employees to quit to better themselves.

Cons

Serious micromanaged environment. They need to know what you are doing every single minute of the hour. Enforced timesheet that are required to turn in 8 hours of work a day. Low pay and raises are handled poorly every year. They never delivered raises on time and only give it to employees they believe deserved it such as managers. They have more managers than engineers because all the engineers left to better themselves. Each time an employee leaves the company, you must pick up more workload and responsibility without pay increase. It feels like everyone gets punishes after someone quits. When someone makes a mistakes, management would punished the entire team and revoke accesses. Expected to have Chinese work ethics if you are to survive this Company and get your raises. There is no for an answer to management. The only exceptions to these if you are white.

Pros

Massive layoffs, over 30% of the work force was just shown the door, over 50 people fired, so that the senior management team keeps its salaries going...

Cons

No training what so ever, swim with the sharks. If you don't know something, you are crucified. The current CEO and CO-CEO are both ill equipped to lead a large organization. COO and a bunch of VPs were hired who did nothing. To put it in simple words shop ebay and the likes for used equipment whether a network switch or a data center generator - no difference. Data center fires happen (2 within months in 2023) , law suits pile up, ship starts sinking, employees pay the price. No new business is coming, beating on the old customer base that is running for the hills with poor service and price hikes. A lot of us got recruited by good clients to spare themselves the abuse.
