Possibility to create a wide network with suppliers. The company recognizes the loyalty and commitment of employees. Yearly fam trip to meet all colleagues from the sales offices. You always get new challenges and the most creative solutions "not from the book" are welcome.
Cons
As it is a medium-small company, you need to coordinate with the rest of the team to get your holidays approved. All employees are expected to give their best, which is not a cons in general but may be not everyone's cup of tea.
