Not what I taught to be good place to work - Delivery Teammate VOILA Employee Review

An expression say “One virus destroys entire town” same as one supervisor damaging working environment. She think she is boss and commanding while organization like voila need a good leader like should say together we can do it. Giving unnecessary warning and keep saying I am serious is not a good way to in track with employees. The drivers are the front line worker so don’t make them upset or else they will screw entire business one they are outside.
