Pros
At one point the people in the middle management were the best - they had experience and they cared about their people - now they are being beaten down by "YES" men who never fight for their people.
Cons
Complete lack of respect for Sales Division. Managers seem to look down at the ASR position who are in charge of day to day sales and direct contact with the customers. The biz dev staff are looked at as lazy and are compensated at a level of a 12 yr old. with more time spent doing Excel reports that calls with clients.
