New employee - Unit Coordinator VMP Employee Review

Great coworkers. Lots of room to grow and learn.

Health insurance went up in price.

A few of the employees are good and the residents are always wonderful.

There is a lot of "That's not my job" there and there are some that are told to do the job of others as well as keep up the quality of work they were hired for without recognition. Then there is upper management... they ALL need to go away. In their eyes, they are the saviors. In reality, they are the problem.
