I was employed at VJ Coresoft Pvt Ltd until February 2025, and while there were some positive aspects, my overall experience was marred by several concerning issues. 1. Salary Delays: Salaries were consistently credited around the 15th of each month, despite the company's commitment to disbursing them by the 5th. This unpredictability caused financial strain for many employees. 2. Unpaid Variable Pay: I was owed ₹87,500 in variable pay for five quarters, which was never paid. The company cited a clause at the time of my resignation, stating variable pay is withheld during the notice period. However, this pay was not disbursed at the end of each quarter as promised, which felt unfair and deceptive. 3. Rigid Hybrid Policy: The hybrid work model was inflexible. On designated in-office days, employees unable to attend physically—for any reason—were required to take a leave. Remote work was not permitted as an alternative, which seemed unreasonable and outdated. 4. Sandwich Leave Policy: The company enforced a rigid sandwich leave system, where leaves taken around holidays or weekends were unfairly deducted. This policy felt punitive and diminished the value of our leave benefits. 5. Work Culture and HR Practices: The HR policies were overly rigid and lacked employee-centricity.
