Highly recommended not to join, management do not know how to manage an organization and how to treat with employees. No pros here only cons.
Cons
1. Company owner Vishal Rastogi and his partner believe to cheat their employess and force them to sacrifies thier salary. 2. If you take leave once, they count as many as possible times and try to deduct salary. 3. Very bad increment policy, if you want to increase your payment then develop your dependancy and warn them you are going to leave without notice, you will get just double increment. 4. Commit for many things but in past 2+ years nothing happen except extending working hours on regular basic.( Including Saturday and Sundays ) 5. Most worst things is a bond of 3 years for fresher and 2 years for experienced. 6. If you want to leave the organization after surving the notice, then they relieve you forcefully without exit formalities and papers, and on top of all these you will be in trouble during your Background Verification. 7. After my joining, I heared they didn't even pay full and final settlement amount to their ex-employees ( including 2-3 months of holder salary ). 8. During 3 months of notice, you will not pay any single penny to you.
