      - Stuck in the same role after you are fit to it; - The company keeps trusting, always on the same people; - Does not provide you new opportunities easily; - Hard to grow internally; - The used technologies can become an handicap for your future; - Needs more projects.

      The people are very nice and the culture is very laidback which encourages interactions with all the people.

      Cons

      The projects are not challenging and the carrer progression seems not existing. For a young developer is not the best place to start.
