The "people first, mission always" approach is also palpable at VGHI; the Human Resources team prioritizes culture and fosters a positive work environment.

      Cons

      Tuition assistance is great! Perhaps increase the amount for job-specific coursework. Other than that, no other cons come to mind.

      Pros

      Positive market outlook and strong leadership team that is focused on next-generation manufacturing. The c-suite, management team, and employees are motivated by the mission and impact they're making on personalized medicine.

      Cons

      Tuition reimbursement could be expanded to include coursework outside of core function.
