Pros

Some of the smartest people I have ever worked with. You will learn a lot and you will learn it quickly.

Cons

The CEO constantly brings in projects with impossible timelines and then micro-manages resources around which impacts every other project around it. Something along the lines of "the project would take a team of 10 the better part of a year" is countered with "you can have 3 juniors 2 of which I'll constantly pull away, oh and it's due in 3 months". He also constantly ignores advice from senior staff from every department.

Pros

Love the option to work from home, but still interact regularly with the team. Lot's of autonomy and schedule flexibility with a supportive culture.

Cons

Pay is so so. Being publicly traded creates some stressors and challenges...and sometimes short-sided decisions.

Thanks for the positive review, but VERB has never had a VP of Sales, nor are we publicly traded. We appreciate the love though.

Pros

Good amount of sick time

Cons

Instability Low retention Expected to work overtime, no promotion, no overtime I’m expected to respond during the weekend and when I have a day off during the week. Low pay Unreliable management Unclear path for growth Discouraging and demotivating environment Toxic environment because of upper management and their passive aggressive way of dealing with employees. Employees not valued considering the amount of work I put in. I find it difficult to believe the other reviews written about the company; it’s like we work for 2 different companies.
