Pros

I can't think of any pros working here.

Cons

I've never worked for a worse company. I was hesitant to write a review because I am embarrassed of having taken a role with this company, although I am only writing this review to warn people from making a huge mistake and working here. During my interview, the 3 co-founders lied about their existing business and offerings. In my short employment with VDO, the Executive Team (3 co-founders) continued to brazenly lie to me, getting their lies mixed up with each other during conversations- I was shocked. They lied to me about what my role was going to be and when I questioned the CEO regarding the lies and confusion, he became unresponsive. 2 previous company clients (publishers) told me "I made a terrible mistake working there", claiming non-payment from VDO and getting the runaround from VDO when they pushed for payment. There is no structure in this company. The CEO is a dreamer and a liar. One of the co-owners in India who turned out to be my manager has no management skills, people skills, no salesmanship, nor any understanding how publishers work in the US. If you question his strategy, he will immediately become irritable, condescending, and micromanage you for a role you didn't even sign up for! The culture is toxic. Management will bully you if you question their lies, terrible policies, and ethics. Don't believe the bogus reviews from fake US employees that do not exist- they are trying to bury the reviews from actual people who have worked there.
